- Manage driver communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with the driver recruitment team to onboard new drivers and provide ongoing support.
- Proactively support and engage drivers by addressing their needs and enhancing their experience in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with other departments, such as operations, to ensure drivers have the information they need to perform their jobs effectively.
- Track and analyze driver performance data, using insights to improve driver engagement and retention.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to driver engagement and retention.
- Assist in follow-up driver training as needed.
- Travel up to 25% as required.
- Current or former CDL A driving experience.
- Highly proficient in using computers, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the trucking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
